Which Laws apply to you?

Since there are two different "United States" with respect to Citizens,
there are also two sets of Laws.


You will notice that Title 26 - The Internal Revenue Code
only applies to U.S. citizens, and not to Sovereign Citizens of these united States of America.

I think it is pretty evident from the above differentiation that over half the laws written by Congress
are under Article I, Section 8, Clause 17-18, giving them "sole authority" over federal citizens.

Since I am not, nor have I ever been a federal citizen,
these "munincipal" laws do not apply to me, or to most Americans.
