Dear Sir,
Enclosed please find a subscribed and attested copy of my withdrawl from the welfare program known as Social Security, based upon the constructive fraud perpetrated upon me by the federal government. On 5 February 1997, I mailed the enclosed affidavit to Shirley S. Chater, U.S. Social Security Director, and sent copies to the rest of the service list.
I have since found that I was supposed to have also mailed a copy to you. Consider this my service to you of this affidavit (which notes Shirley S. Chater as copied).
This letter also serves as my NOTICE OF DEMAND for all of the taxes fraudulently collected from me since 1973 in the amount of $48,630, under Chapter 21, Subtitle C of the Internal Revenue Code, for which I was not liable. Said taxes are immediately refundable per Sec. 3503.
You have 30 days to refund this amount.
Sincerely,
/s/ Brad L. Barnhill
